NO.12 Apart from a mapping set-based account rule, which is the other way to retrieve segment values for journal entries?

Define a chart of accounts rule with conditions

Define a lookup type rule with conditions

Define an account rule with conditions

Define a flexfield rule with conditions

NO.13 A banking organization is currently using different transaction systems for various types of loans, including vehicle loans, personal loans, education loans, and housing loans. You have been appointed as a consultant to implement Accounting Hub Cloud.
Which THREE points should you remember while registering the source system for the organization?

Summarized Transaction type information cannot be sent for accounting transformation

Use separate subledgers to share sub-ledger accounting rules

Use separate subledgers to provide more security across applications

A transaction type and its associated transaction data typically relate to a single document of transaction

Use separate subledgers to ensure less data processing in each run

NO.14 Which transaction source is used to link transaction header and line information?

Transaction Type

Transaction Date

Transaction Number

Transaction Key

NO.15 In Functional Setup Manager, if setup data is segmented by a specific context, you can perform the setup task iteratively, such as assigning different ledger options to different primary ledgers.
Which action should you take to specify the context?

Select the value for a Functional Area.

Select the value for a Feature

Select the value for a Lookup Code

Select the value for a Scope

NO.16 Your client, a banking organization, has operations in the USA, the UK, France, Japan, and Singapore. As an implementation consultant, you ask the project team to maintain a global chart of accounts. However, the management team in the UK does not agree to allow the generation of dynamic code combinations for the chart of accounts values.
What solution would you propose to address this scenario?

Define one chart of accounts structure and enable dynamic inserts for the USA, France, Japan, and Singapore at the ledger options level, but disable it for the UK ledger

Define two charts of accounts structures. Enable dynamic inserts for the first structure and disable it for the second one. Assign the first structure to the USA, France, Japan, and Singapore ledgers and the second structure to the UK ledger.

Define one chart of accounts structure and disable dynamic inserts for the UK ledger by using the
“Allow Dynamic Inserts” profile option

Define two chart of accounts structure instances. Enable dynamic inserts for the first structure instance and disable it for the second one. Assign the first chart of accounts structure instance to the USA, France, Japan, and Singapore ledgers and the second chart of accounts structure instance to the UK ledger.

NO.17 Your client has operations in both the US and the UK. They currently use a third-party billing system to process transactions, such as Complete an Invoice, Record a Payment, Record Late Charges, and Recognize Revenue. You are part of the implementation team for the Accounting Hub solution. Your client wants to retrieve chart of accounts values for the line of business segment based on customer classification.
You decide to use the mapping sets functionality to fulfill this requirement.
Which THREE statements are true about using mapping sets?

Mapping sets are unique to each sub-ledger application, in order to know which input sources to make available.

The mappings can be entered only by using the user interface

You can define a default output value to use when actual input values do not match the mappings

One mapping set can be used for only one account rule at a time

You can use up to 10 transaction or reference attributes as input in a mapping

NO.18 Challenge 4: Manage Description Rule
TASK
Create Description Rule
Subledger Application: AHC Billing
Process Category: AHC Billing
Event Class: AHC Billing
Event Type: Customer Billing, Customer Pay In, Customer Refund, Customer Settlement See the Explanation below for all the solution.

NO.19 Which statement is true about journal entry rule sets?

Description rules can be assigned at both the header and the line level of a journal entry rule set.

Description rules can be assigned only at the header level of a journal entry rule set.

Description rules can be assigned only at the line level of a journal entry rule set.

NO.20 Your client provides loans to its customers. You are appointed as a consultant to implement Accounting Hub Cloud and standardize the accounting process. Your client needs to retrieve the segment values for the debit and credit side of journal entries based on different criteria. You decide to set up three account rules to achieve this requirement.
Which THREE rule types are available for building account rules?

Lookup type

Value set

Segment

Mapping set

Account combination

NO.21 You have recently created an analysis to review periodic revenue amounts using Smart View. Your customer wants to use the drill-through option to get more details about the balances appearing in the analysis.
Which two drill-through options are available for use?

Drill to Detail Balances

Drill to Financial Reporting Center

Drill to Account Group

Drill to Account Inspector

NO.22 Challenge 1: Manage Journal Line Rule
TASK
Create 2 Journal Line Rule
Interest Receivable
Interest Income
Subledger Application: AHC Loan
Process Category: AHC Loan
Event Class: AHC Loan
Event Type: Loan Origination, Interest Accrual, Payment

NO.23 Your client has operations in both the US and the UK, and they currently use a third-party billing system to process transactions like Complete an Invoice, Record a Payment, Record Late Charges, and Recognize Revenue. You are part of the implementation team of the Accounting Hub solution, and they request you to generate a dynamic description based on the following scenario:
“When Invoice Date is greater than or equal to 1st January 2018, concatenate Project Number and Invoice Number else concatenate Customer Name and Invoice Number.” In which format would you enter the date in the user-defined formula to achieve this requirement?

YY-MON-DD

DD-MON-YYYY

YYYY-MON-DD

DD-MON-YY

NO.24 Your client is involved in the sale of health, vehicle, and home insurance services. Currently, they process their transactions in a source system. You have been appointed as a consultant to implement Accounting Hub Cloud and standardize their accounting process. You decide to register their source system as a single application in Accounting Hub Cloud.
How many event classes will be generated by the system while registering the source system?

Four

Two

One

NO.25 Your client organization deals in providing loans to its customers. You are appointed as a consultant to implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounting Hub to standardize the accounting process. Your client has a requirement to retrieve the segment values for the debit and credit side of journal entries based on different criteria. You decide to create a mapping set to retrieve the value of the cost center segment based on loan type as the input source. Your client wants the values to be validated from a list while creating the input and output mappings.
