NO.27 Which dimension Is required for a Profit Curve chart In the application?

Point of View Dimensions

Department Dimension

Profit Dimension

Profit Attribute Dimension

NO.28 What Is the maximum number of screens a Dashboard can display at one time?

NO.29 Which two statements are true about allocation offset for allocation rules?

Offsets are written to the Allocation Offset member of the Balance dimension, in combination with the other dimension members defined for the offset.

Defining an allocation offset Is optional.

The offset location defines the member to hold any unallocated data from the source.

By default, offsets are written to the source.

NO.30 Which three are steps to create an allocation rule?

populate the driver basis dimensions

select the execution method

populate the allocation formula

populate the destination dimensions

populate the source dimensions

NO.31 You are creating a rule set for allocation rules. On the description tab, you select Use Global Context. Which two statements are true?

You can override the global context dimension selections at the rule set level.

When you select Use Rule Set Context for a rule In this rule set, the dimension-member combinations defined In the Global Context section are also applied.

At the rule level, the Rule Context tab is where you can edit any default contexts applied to the rule.

On the Context tab for the rule set, you define default members for use In all rules added to the rule set.

NO.32 Which statement Is FALSE about Analysis Views?

They can be viewed by any user of the application.

You can add formatting to the report results.

You can export their data to Excel for further processing.

You can use them as the basis for dashboards.

NO.33 After running a calculation, you are evaluating the results In the Rule Balancing screen. What can you do to Investigate the data In more detail?

Click on either Allocation in or Allocation Out to open an Allocation Trace.

Click on a value to drill down to more detail in the Rule Balancing screen.

Click on a rule number to open a report showing the entire allocation flow.

Click on a value to open a context sensitive query in Smart View.

NO.34 Which types of dimensions do you use to define model views?

Business dimensions only

Business dimensions, POV dimensions

Business dimensions, POV dimensions. System dimensions

POV dimensions. System dimensions

NO.35 Which Is a valid set with report objects, when designing reports in Financial Reporting Web Studio?

Tables, Charts, Text, KPIs

Grids, Charts, Profit Curves, Text

Text, Charts, Grids, Images

Charts, KPIs, Profit Curves. Tables

NO.36 Your data file is not In a native Essbase format. Which Is the valid way to toad It to Profitability and Cost Management?

Execute the LoadData command In EPM Automate, run a data load in Data Management, load the file through the Profitability and Cost Management UI in Database management.

Execute the LoadData command In EPM Automate, load the file through the Profitability and Cost Management UI in Database management.

Execute the LoadData command In FPM Automate, run a data load In Data Management.

Run a data load In Data Management, load the file through the Profitability and Cost Management UI in Database management.

Run a data load in Data Management.

NO.37 Which two statements are true about managing Points of View (POVs)?

You can archive POVs, but you cannot delete them.

A POVs status is automatically changed to Calculated when you calculate the POV.

When you add a new POV, the status Is automatically set to Draft.

Global rules and rule sets are not associated with a specific POV.

All POVs are data POVs, even If the data set Is empty.

NO.38 Which two statements are true about allocation tracing?

You can trace allocation inputs and outputs both forward and backward.

You select the rule you want to trace In the trace parameters.

Allocation traces can be performed across multiple business dimensions simultaneously.

It is a graphical representation of how allocations flow in and out of application elements.

NO.39 Which three are valid statements about Locations In Data Management?

A location can be assigned to more than one data load rules.

A location can be assigned to more than one Import format.

You can create duplicate locations with the same source system and application combination.

Different locations can use the same import format.

A location may have more than one source system.

NO.40 You want to limit the slices of data your users can view or work with. Which two security mechanisms can you use?

Security filters

Service roles

User groups

Application roles

Data grants

NO.41 Which two statements are true about model validation?

You cannot deploy the application if model validation returns Invalid conditions.

Model validation validates rules, rule sets, and dimensions.

Running a model validation displays an error table with Information about Invalid conditions.

After the application is deployed, it can detect invalid model artifacts if changes are made to dimensions.

NO.42 Which Is an TNCORRFCT way to execute a data load rule In Data Management?

Execute option on the Data Load Rule screen

Run Integration option on the Workflow lab

Batch Execution option on the Workflow tab

Import Source option on the Data Load Workbench screen

NO.43 Which two statements are TRUE about cloning snapshots?

You cannot clone a snapshot to a target In a different Identity Domain from the source.

You can select any snapshot from the source environment to clone to the target environment.

After cloning, the daily maintenance start time of the target environment Is reset to that of the source environment.

The cloning process deletes any existing application and uploaded files from the target environment.

NO.44 You validate your Profitability and Cost Management application build but receive an error. Which three are possible reasons of the validation failure?

You only had one dimension defined as a point of view dimension.

You did not have at least one member in all dimensions.

You did not Include at least one Business dimension.

After the main hierarchy was defined, the dimension contained alternate hierarchy with shared members.

A stored hierarchy contained members with member formulas.

NO.45 Your business process includes a series of allocations where administrative costs are allocated from HR to TT and Finance, from IT to Finance and HR, and from Finance to HR and IT.
Which calculation option should you select for the rule set that Includes these allocations?

Iterative Execution

Circular Execution

Batch Execution

Serial Execution

Parallel Execution

NO.46 Which custom calculation formula Is syntactically correct?

[Adjustment In]= ([Input], [Rule]) * .15;

[Adjustment In]= ([Input], (Rule]) * .15

[Adjustment In]:= ([Input], [Rule]) * .15;

[Adjustment In]:= [Input],[Rule] *.15

(Adjustment In)= (Input, Rule) – .15;

NO.47 You update the name of a member that Is used In a number of allocation rules.
After deploying the changes to the database, what step can you take next to update your rules?

The system automatically propagates the name change to your allocation rules; no additional step is necessary.

Use the Find and Replace tool In the Manage Rules screen to replace the member In all rules that use It.

On the Mass Edit tab of the Designer screen, create and run a job to replace the member in all rules that use it.

Use the ReplaceMember command In EPM Automate to replace the member In all rules that use It.
